Smart Modular Charger Systems
COM10 provides high-efficiency modular industrial charging for DC systems, with remote monitoring, hot-swappable modules and scalable architecture for demanding industrial and infrastructure applications.

Modular charging that scales with the installation.
COM10 systems are built from parallel rectifier modules under a common controller. Capacity is added by inserting modules rather than replacing the system, and failed modules can be exchanged without interrupting the DC supply to the load.

System capability.
COM10 combines modular switchmode rectification, resilient module handling and networked supervision for industrial DC systems that need scalable capacity and maintainability.
Web, SNMP and TCP-IP monitoring
System status, alarms and battery data are available over the network and through a browser interface, with integration into existing supervisory systems.
Wide input and output range
DC output configurations from 12 VDC to 220 VDC with a wide AC input operating range for unstable supply conditions.
Hot-swappable modules
Parallel-capable rectifier modules can be replaced under load, reducing downtime and simplifying capacity expansion.
High power density
Compact module design reduces cabinet footprint in space-constrained plant rooms and communication sites.
Power factor correction
Active power factor correction limits upstream losses and supports supply quality at the point of connection.
Energy efficiency
High conversion efficiency lowers operating cost and reduces the carbon footprint of the installed system.
Monitoring from module to control room.
Each module reports to the system controller, which presents status locally and over the network to site supervisory systems and remote engineering teams.
Rectifier modules
Parallel modules share load and report current, temperature and status.
System controller
Charge regulation, temperature compensation, alarm handling and logging.
Network interface
Web, SNMP and TCP-IP access for status, alarms and configuration.
Supervisory systems
Integration into site SCADA, NMS or remote monitoring platforms.
